Registration Required

A limited supply of Christmas Food Boxes are available to those who qualify. Please answer the questions and click the submit button. We will be in touch. Please do not respond more than once.

Pick up is limited to Tuesday 12/17/24 between 10-11:30. You will be contacted by our office to be given pick up location and time. The drive through pick up site is not at our office.
