Assess & Advocate

Advocacy Program: One on one initial assessment is offered for case management with a view to identify immediate and long-term needs. We then assist the client to develop an individual action plan toward the client's goals and desired outcome toward self-sufficiency and stability. We help the client advocate for those services and resources they are seeking. Clients may be referred from the local business, church, civic or non-profit community.

Resource Navigation

Referrals to resources in the community in the areas of child care, health care, food and personal hygiene products, clothing and shoes, transportation assistance when available and other necessities.

We are continually seeking new resources for our clients but we also encourage them to seek out information and resources for themselves as well.

By appointment we assist community members and clients with online job training, GED classes when requested, financial and computer literacy skills.
